The Annual Culture Clinic

This month will be the long-awaited Orchid Culture Clinic where you will be able to get advice on your orchid problems and pick up some great growing tips. We will cover a wide range of subjects and invite you to bring your questions and problem plants. Every orchid grower has a different approach to each genus and as you build your collection it is important to know their cultural requirements. Culture clinics are a great way to learn what to do when you are struggling and to understand what needs to be done with each season. There will be several orchid culture books from our library for reference and to check out.

If you bring plants to diagnose and suspect that they are diseased or have bugs, please enclose each of them in a clear plastic bag. The clinic is not just for beginners, even advanced growers have their disasters and we all know that orchid culture is an ongoing journey and adventure.
