NEWSLETTER EDITOR
Experience needed: Basic writing/editing, desktop publishing, web experience helpful but not required
Status: Immediate need

The Northwest Orchid Society is seeking a member with an interest in writing and laying out the monthly newsletter. No real experience is necessary. Volunteers will need to have their own computer and an e-mail account that they check regularly. The editor is also responsible for printing and distributing the newsletter. RAFFLE COORDINATOR
Experience needed: None
Status: Immediate need

The Northwest Orchid Society is seeking a member to coordinate the orchid raffle at the monthly meetings. This involves transporting and storing the raffle drum, helping in selling tickets at the meetings and assisting in drawing or calling winning numbers. SPEAKER HOSTS
Experience needed: None
Status: Occasional need

Some of our monthly speakers prefer to stay with a member instead of in a hotel. If you have extra space and wish to be contacted the next time we need to house a speaker, please contact Jamie Notman.
